1. Establish a training system based on the company's overall strategy, including system establishment, resource integration, and operational management.
2. Develop, organize, and implement annual and monthly training plans for the company based on the overall service quality and employee training needs. 3. Based on the service quality of each department and the quality needs of employees, assist the department in formulating training plans, inspect the implementation of the plans, summarize the overall training situation and the training inspection situation of each department, objectively evaluate the training effectiveness, and propose new training plans. 4. Expand training channels and resources, accumulate training experience and materials, develop training topics, compile training materials, and write training lesson plans. 5. Guide and assist various departments in implementing various training programs. 6. Select, cultivate, and manage internal trainers, provide consultation and guidance to internal trainers, and improve the quality and effectiveness of training. 7. Responsible for conducting assessments and acceptance of various employee training courses, and managing training assessments and evaluations. And write an evaluation report on employee training and submit it to the company's general manager. 8. Maintain good relationships with external training institutions and select high-quality training institutions to provide training for the company. 9. Manage, set up, and purchase various materials, equipment, and educational devices required for training, and do a good job in maintenance and upkeep. 10. Ensure that every newly selected employee undergoes pre job training and improvement training before officially starting work, possessing the required qualities and knowledge for the position. 11. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's general manager.
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above; 2. More than 3 years of work experience as a training supervisor or above, able to establish a training system and promote the development of internal trainers; 3. Prior experience as a lecturer or in training for large enterprises is preferred; 4. Proactive, focused on teamwork, good at communication and coordination;
